An early company has to look credible and explain itself fast, without spending months on a site.

Credibility on day one

Investors, early customers and future hires will look at your site before they talk to you. It does not need to be big. It needs to be clear about what the product does, who it is for and why it will matter.

What an early-stage site needs

  • A one-sentence explanation of the product that a stranger understands

  • A clear call to action: join the waitlist, book a demo or start a trial

  • A visual identity flexible enough to grow into a larger system

  • Pages that can be added without a rebuild

  • Fast, accessible pages that reflect well on the product

  • Basic search setup so your name and category are found

Start small, build to scale

Startups change direction. A good first site is built from a simple page system that you can extend, so a new feature page or pricing page takes hours instead of a redesign. The identity should be built the same way, with a few strong decisions rather than hundreds of specific rules.

Search for new companies

Early on, the realistic goal is to own your own name and a handful of specific searches around the problem you solve. A product page, a small set of use-case pages and a few honest articles will do more than a large pile of thin content.

One partner for brand, site and motion

A short product film or animated demo often explains a new idea faster than text. Brand, web and motion work are easiest to keep consistent when they come from one studio.

Working with Lemurian Studios

We work with founders anywhere in the United States, remotely, on a scope that fits an early budget.

Should I build a landing page or a full site?

Begin with a focused landing page if you are still testing the idea. Move to a full site as the product, pricing and audience become clear.
