Reassurance first
Choosing a health provider is personal. Patients look for credentials, a welcoming tone and plain information about what happens at a visit. A site that feels organized and kind lowers the barrier to making the first appointment.
What a practice website needs
Clear pages for each service or treatment, written in plain language
Provider profiles with credentials, photos and a sense of who they are
Hours, location, parking, accessibility notes and insurance information
A visible way to request or book an appointment
A calm design with generous spacing and readable type
Accessible build: contrast, keyboard use, and text that scales
Accessibility matters here
Many patients are older, have limited vision or use assistive tools. Accessible design is a courtesy and, for many practices, a legal expectation. We build with strong contrast, clear headings and usable controls from the start.
Privacy and forms
Health information carries special legal duties. Do not collect clinical details in an ordinary contact form. We design intake and contact paths so they point to the secure tools your practice already uses, and recommend that your compliance advisor review the final setup.
Search for practices
Patient searches are mostly local, with a service and a place or a symptom and a question. Each service page should answer the question directly. A practice with several locations should give each location its own page with real staff and address details.
Working with Lemurian Studios
We work with practices across the United States. Briefing and review happen online.
Can you make patient forms?
We can design the page and link to your secure forms provider. We do not recommend collecting protected health information through a standard website form.
